We are a privately owned legal rental. We are responsive to our guests needs, and are happy to customize kitchen supplies or other amenities. We are nearby to assist in making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We can only rent for one month minimum, but the monthly rental is often still affordable even if you are staying for less time. With all the inclusions, including a dedicated underground parking space, and full kitchen, even a shorter rental is affordable. We are confident this is the cleanest, most updated home available. With a brand new bathroom, upscale kitchen, and queen sleigh bed, it's ready for discriminating guests who care about attention to details and quality.

$2,150 for one month, all inclusive. Discount rates for 4, 6, 9 months. Yearly rate: $1700 per month. Paypal or checks accepted. Sorry no pets or smoking.
